Jo Downs

Jo established her studio in Cornwall over 15 years ago. The business has grown strongly since then, and Jo is now recognised as one of the foremost fused glass designers. 

Her advanced fusion techniques enable her to create abstract designs with vibrant colour and wonderful texture and depth.  Jo’s inspiration is drawn from the beauty of the Cornish countryside around her, encouraging her to use light to achieve her unique artistic ideas.

In addition to the popular range of handmade giftware, Jo is also able to undertake large architectural and interior projects.  This has enabled her to produce commissions for cruise liners and some of the world’s best hotels, in addition to private and corporate clients.
