The company was founded 40 years ago and over the succeeding years LSA International has developed into a leading brand.  Based in the British Isles, and known worldwide, LSA defines what is stylish in glass today.
 
Their focus has always been on the imaginative and contemporary.  Their Creative Director and designer is Monika Lubkowska-Jonas, the daughter of one of LSA’s founders, Janusz Lubkowski.
   
The foundation of good design is often a thorough knowledge of production processes and this is fundamental to Monika’s approach.  With her understanding of the manufacture of handmade glass and the creativity to develop its potential, Monika is known for her imaginative and functional designs.  These are often marked by their simplicity and beauty, having a timeless quality which is synonymous with that unique and recognisable LSA style.
 
Self taught, with a natural visual flair and a constant eye on current trends, Monika creates over 300 new products each year.  New product collections are launched in January and in the middle of the year and normally appear in our shop in early Spring and from mid year onwards.
