Wall Art

Stunning fused glass wall art is unique as no two pieces are identical. 

Each piece starts with a plain sheet of glass on which is laid the design, sometimes using different materials, including metals, oxides, enamel powders and glass grains.  These combine to create a design which is then fused in a kiln at temperatures in excess of 800 C.  A wide range of textures can be produced by varying the gradient of glass, from a fine powder, to frits, to larger, chunkier pieces.

Polished Glass offers a wide range of stunning fused glass panels.  However, if we don’t have exactly what you’re looking for and are inspired by what you see in our shop, we will work with you to create a completely bespoke statement piece for your home or office.
